Please take note of the following policies:

Payment Policy: It is our policy that all payments are due on the date agreed upon. Your credit card will automatically be charged the amount agreed upon until your balance is paid in full. We kindly request that you pay by August 5th, 2023 to avoid any inconvenience. If you are on an instalment plan, please ensure that your payments are made on the date agreed upon to avoid cancellation of your appointment without a refund. Additionally, please note that your service date and time cannot be changed until full payment has been received.

Liability Clause: We highly encourage you book the service we recommend for you during your consultation call. If you decide to choose a service we did not recommend for you, we will not be liable for any damages that occur and there will be additional charges to fix any issues that emerge.

Cancellation Policy: We regret to inform you that no refunds will be issued for cancellations, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Refund Policy: All payments made are non-refundable.
